At Glow Bahrain, we pride ourselves on offering high-quality beauty, makeup, and personal care products. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Hygiene & Safety Policy (No Returns) Due to the nature of our products—including cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and personal care items—we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.
We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
Please review product descriptions and shades carefully before purchasing.
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right.
Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
How to Report: Contact us at glow@glow.bh or WhatsApp +973 3806 0609 with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Resolution: Upon verification, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method.
3. Cancellations You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement by contacting customer support. Once an order has been processed or handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled.
4. Refunds (If Applicable) If a refund is approved (for damaged/missing items), it will be processed to your original method of payment (Credit Card or BenefitPay) within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.
